The AXX 200 is designed to be powered on simply by the built-in battery. Make sure that the built-in battery is charged.
It can also be powered on by connecting to a PC/laptop via USB or through a physical power socket using a USB Power Adapter.
If you are connected via USB, please ensure that the connected computer has recognized your AXX 200 correctly. If not, please follow the steps below in order until the issue is corrected.
i. Tighten the USB connection at both ends of the cable.
ii. The USB cable may be faulty. Replace the cable with a working USB cable.

Note:
Audio transmitted from your Sound BlasterAxx may be slightly delayed; this is due to the
characteristics of Bluetooth technology.
Please check the following:
1. Headphones are not connected to the AXX 200. Connecting headphones automatically mutes the
speaker.
2. Unplug the USB cable from the computer and plug it in again.

All microSD and microSDHC cards are supported for MP3 playback.
For recording, we recommend that you use Class 4 microSD or microSDHC cards.
Please wait for a while. Playback of audio recordings sometimes do not start immediately.
After playing voice recordings, press the Play/Pause button twice. The AXX 200 will switch to music playback mode and start the playback of other audio files.
To completely remove the music file, be sure to empty Trash on your desktop before ejecting the microSD card.
For optimal playback, you are not advised to store more than 999 music files in each folder on your microSD card. Reorganize files into different folders so that all your music files can be played back.
The “VOICE” folder created automatically by the AXX 200 on your microSD card can only store up to 200 voice recordings. Check if the number of files in the “VOICE” folder has reached its maximum limit. Delete the existing recordings or transfer them to your PC/Mac to make space for more recordings.
If an “Empty tag” message appears when pairing to the AXX 200 via NFC,
1. Exit the message window and try pairing again.
2. You may also download third party applications that will disable this message from appearing on
your smartphone.
