Introduction
There is a growing trend of people starting to use their PC as a Home Entertainment Center. This introduces the challenge of controlling the PC when you sitting on a couch 10 feet away, with just a conventional wireless remote. Creative Entertainment Center was therefore developed from the ground up, in order to deliver a system that not only integrates all the components required for music, pictures and video playback seamlessly, but is also easy to use as well.
The result is an intuitive, self-contained Entertainment System that allows you to browse and enjoy any media on your PC wirelessly, right away.
User Interface
Most people who intend to use their PC as an entertainment center will probably have it hooked up to a large screen for maximum enjoyment. Even with the ubiquitous 17" LCD monitor, the Creative Entertainment Center is designed to be viewed easily from 10 feet away. The fonts are big and the contrast is good.

Upon hitting the start button (on the remote control), the Creative Entertainment Center fires up with a soothing, sky backdrop. Immediately, the easy-to see, high-contrast blue text shows what you can do next, namely,
- Play the DVD* disc* The Entertainment Center itself doesn't come with a DVD video player or decoder. It uses the DVD video player installed on your PC. Most of the DVD Rom drives in the market will bundle a software DVD video player.
