CA0111 is a PCI chip that is PCI specification version 2.3 compliant. It encompasses the following features:
- Playback of 4 stereo audio channels of sample rate up to 192kHz 24-bit data, via PCI bus interface.
- Digital interface to AC97 1.03 or AC97 2.2 CODEC interface that supports up to 6 channel of fixed 48kHz 20-bit playback and a 48kHz ADC recording channel.
- Support 6-channel AC97 at fixed sample-rate of 48kHz
- Four stereo 24-bit SPDIF output interfaces with output sample rate of 44.1, 48, 96 and 192kHz. All SPDIF output will be lock to one single rate at any one time.
- Four stereo 24-bit I2S output interfaces with output sample rate of 48, 96 or 192kHz. All I2S output will be locked to one single rate at any one time.
- Support 4 stereo I2S DAC at sample-rate of 48, 96 and 192kHz
- Stereo recording channel with from AC97 at 48kHz.
- One SPDIF input that support input rate up to 96kHz rate.
- Two I2S input that support input rate up to 192kHz.
- Support 2 stereo I2S ADC at sample-rate up to 192kHz
- Up to 4 stereo Record FIFO channel that is able to record to 24-bit data direct from SPDIF input, I2S inputs, AC97 CODEC interface or internal recording from mixers.
- Analog joystick (PCI speed compensated)
- 8 general-purpose configurable IO pin. In default, 4 GPO and 4 GPI pins with de-bouncing.
