What is X-Fi?
|
X-Fi is an audio technology from Creative that enhances the sound of your music files.
When music is converted into digital files (such as MP3), it loses its original quality for the sake of portability. X-Fi intelligently restores the lost details - making your music files sound clearer, richer, and closer to the original recording.
On your device, the X-Fi enhancements come in 2 distinct components:
- X-Fi Crystalizer - Enhances the audio quality, making music sound better.
- X-Fi Expand - Gives music a ‘live-performance' effect. This works best with your earphones or headphones.
For more information on X-Fi technology, visit www.x-fi.com.
