SINGAPORE - 7 January 2011 - Cambridge SoundWorks, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Creative Technology Ltd, today announced its green hybrid speaker system technology at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The technology, which allows a speaker system to run with unprecedented power efficiency, is being demonstrated at the Creative booth #20913 in the South Hall 1 of the Las Vegas Convention Center from 6 - 9 January 2011.
Featured in the elegantly designed Cambridge SoundWorks Hybrid 2.0 speaker system, Cambridge SoundWorks' breakthrough green hybrid speaker system technology is so efficient that it allows speakers to run on USB power with a computer while delivering performance which was previously possible only with AC power, resulting in as much as a 10x increase in efficiency without compromising the rich, deep sound quality that has become a Cambridge SoundWorks trademark.
