SINGAPORE - November 15, 2000 - Creative Technology Ltd. (Nasdaq: CREAF), the worldwide leader in digital entertainment products for the personal computer and the Internet, today announced that an ordinary dividend of US$0.25 and a special dividend of US$0.25 have been declared for the current financial year ending June 30, 2001. The dividends will be paid on December 15, 2000 to all shareholders of record as of November 29, 2000

Holders of shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), Singapore, will receive payment of the dividends through CDP in Singapore Dollars converted from US$ at the rate prevailing on December 12, 2000. All other shareholders will receive payment in United States Dollars.
